in a nutshell

I’m an experienced and sought-after speaker, regularly speaking in the corporate, personal development and educational sectors to exceptional feedback. I adore inspiring and empowering others to transform their lives, and being on stage means reaching many people at once. My style is to mix delivering great content – sharing wisdom, processes and tools – with storytelling and audience engagement to brilliant effect.

Before training as a coach and a speaker, I spent a decade working in investment management, managing a communications team in a deadline driven and pressured environment. I then started my own business at the same time as becoming a single parent.

My personal experience of the pressures of corporate and entrepreneurial life means I’m very well placed to understand the challenges that can arise for those in the corporate world.

personal development

I’m well known in the London personal development world, speaking regularly to great feedback and frequently invited back to speak again. My willingness to share vulnerable, challenging moments and learnings from my own life underlies my ability to connect quickly with an audience.

My style is engaging, personal and authentic. I weave powerful stories with processes, tools, and, where appropriate, interactive, impactful exercises, to make lessons directly applicable to an audience, and easily and immediately actionable.

inspiring teenagers

The opportunity to speak to teenage girls, and to pass on the life lessons I have learnt through my own journey, means that they might chose a different path for themselves from the outset. Courage, resilience and knowing how to honour themselves are the main focus.

The feedback received shows that my talks impact, inspire and empower girls enormously. My talks to teenagers are best suited to ages 14-18, and fit extremely well into school PSHE framework, as well as into a lunchtime or after school lecture slot.
